CEO & Founder, Jim Giannetos is a home builder and developer. His knowledge and experience of innovative design combined with exquisite attention to detail and workmanship produces only the highest quality homes.
With over 30 years of experience in the luxury home building industry, a hands-on management approach feels natural and genuine.
Experience
Born and raised in Chicago, Jim Giannetos has been inspired from a young age in the construction arena. His innovative problem solving abilities and talents in construction development far exceed industry standards. Formerly a partner with a well known Construction group for over 30 years, he acted as the main project manager in over 150 projects. With experience in both new construction and remodeling of high-end luxury residential and commercial projects around Chicago and the North Shore .
